Serta is the largest mattress manufacturer in America, headquartered in Hoffmann Estates, Illinois and offers a full range of mattress types including natural latex foam, inner-spring and gel infused memory foam mattresses. The company was founded in 1931 by a cooperative of 13 U.S. mattress manufacturers.

Spring Air — World Leader in Sleep Innovation Manufactured Locally

The Spring Air Mattress company was founded in 1923  by Francis Karr who patented a unique mattress design with encased free end coils. Spring Air has 13 manufacturing plants in the United States with the nearest in Chelsea, MA.

Spring Air has multiple mattress lines including encased coil mattresses, latex foam and memory foam mattresses, and gel/memory foam composite mattresses.

Gold Bond Mattresses — A Family Tradition for Four Generations

Gold Bond has been a mattress innovator since 1899. Located in Hartford, CT, Gold Bond was the first national manufacturer to switch from animal hair to cotton mattresses. During the 1980s, Gold Bond adapted their processes to the manufacture of Japanese style futons. Today, Gold Bond has a full line of mattresses products including wrapped coil springs, innerspring, latex and memory foam mattresses, futons and cotton mattresses, gel foam mattresses and composites and hybrids.

Corsicana — Sleep Systems Innovators

Corsicana Mattress was founded in 1971, specializing in mattresses for RVs and mobile homes. They quickly established a reputation as innovators in the full range of sleep systems, included encased coil mattresses, memory foam, gel foam mattresses and composites and a full range of hybrid mattresses.

They have nine U.S. manufacturing facilities including Barnesville, PA and Aurora, IL.
